Should you focus on how to lower your cost per click when it gets expensive?

Should you focus on increasing your clickthroughs for your ad copy?

Should you focus on tweaking your ad copy’s video or image?

I think these are all important, but I’m more focused on getting the results that I want from the ads and have the time to let it “run on it’s own” while I’m having a holiday. 

This may not be what most advertisers or marketers like to achieve, but this is the “ideal model” for me.
