As you all know, I have always loved wrestling. It’s something that I’ve always been passionate about, ever since high school. And although the glory days are behind me, I still try and keep in shape to keep up with this wonderful sport.

I attended the Spartan wrestling tournament in Jacksonville Florida this year along with my wrestling partner Lex, and personal wrestling trainer Georgi (who also competed in the Olympics!).

It was an amazing three days of being around the people I love, as I got to participate in three different kinds of wrestling; beach, Greco and freestyle. I might be 41 years old, but I know I’m going to be back competing next year for sure!
